SHIPPING AND RETURNS

S H I P P I N G   I N F O :

We do our absolute best to ship your orders same day! However, due to volume, it may take up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped! We ship all standard orders via USPS priority. Once shipped, your package will arrive in 2-4 business days! We ship all expedited packages via USPS Priority Express. Once shipped, your expedited package will arrive in 1-3 business days! Keep in mind, we only ship packages Monday-Friday and USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays!
If you need an order shipped via UPS overnight or any other shipping accommodations, please do not hesitate to email us at info@shopdearhannah.com. We are pretty good at making magic happen, just sayin'  ;)

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email with a USPS tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors, family members, roommates, and roommates boyfriend ;) to make sure they didn't receive it by mistake. USPS requires that you wait 7-15 days from the "delivered" date before filing a claim. You may then file a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Lastly, original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer!

If any part of your order is less than perfect, you have 14 days from the original order date to ship it back to our returns department! All items MUST be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached. Once your return is received, it will be processed and a store credit will be issued within two business days. We know life is crazy busy and shopping at dear hannah, should always be fun and at your leisure, therefore, store credits never expire! But, just a heads up... they are only valid for use at www.shopdearhannah.com! ***Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at our storefront locations. All sale items are final sale.***

Did you receive a damaged or defective item? So sorry that one slipped past us! Our shipping team takes pride in quality control and tedious inspection before packing your order, BUT we are just human, and believe it or not, we sometimes make mistakes, too! Please shoot us an e-mail at info@shopdearhannah.com and include a picture of the damaged item. We promise to make it right with you, immediately!
